CNC Ski Core Planer

Hello! Our team name is Never Board and we created an automated CNC ski core planer. We are both Electromechanical Engineering students at Vermont Tech. This project was created for our senior capstone course.
My piece of our automated ski planer is constructing the linear drive mechanism. This involves retrofitting a planer with external drive rollers and a feedback system to make sure everything runs smoothly.
My piece of our automated ski planer is constructing the up and down movement of the planer. This involves retrofitting a planer with a motor to control it rather than the original handle. Mach3 will then be able to automate the process.
